Cornerstone Opens Southeast Alaska Area Office in Alliance with Alaska Commercial Contractors
Anchorage, AK [July 23, 2025] – Cornerstone General Contractors, Inc. (Cornerstone) announces a strategic collaboration with Alaska Commercial Contractors, Inc. (ACC) uniting statewide award winning construction expertise with ACC’s reputation for delivering high quality commercial construction throughout southeast Alaska with a dedication to public- and private-sector clients.
Cornerstone, a leading Alaska-based construction firm headquartered in Anchorage, announced the grand opening of their first southeast Alaska regional office. The new office opened on Monday, July 14, 2025 and is located within ACC’s headquarters at 10221 Glacier Highway in Juneau. This expands Cornerstone’s 32-year footprint to include Alaska’s capital.
The new office will serve as Cornerstone’s operational hub for projects throughout Juneau, Sitka, Ketchikan, Petersburg, and surrounding rural communities. This marks Cornerstone’s first permanent presence in southeast Alaska and its fourth regional location statewide, adding to its headquarters in Anchorage, interior Alaska regional office in Fairbanks, and northwest Alaska regional office in Nome. Cornerstone is a privately held Alaskan general contractor employing more than 100 professionals statewide.
